Whether you’re stepping onto the floor for the first time or leveling up your skills, we’re here to support you, cheer you on, and make every class and event feel like home. Maya McNair
Owner/ Instructor
Maya is an Intermediate West Coast Swing competitor. She is the winner of the Shooting Star Tournament at Michigan Classic and a recipient of the Heart and Soul Award, recognizing her commitment to community and connection.
Maya’s teaching style is structured, detail-oriented, and technique-focused, with a strong emphasis on musicality and building confident, well-rounded dancers. She loves traveling to events, teaching new students, and growing the Swing N’ Cincy community. Maya continues to place in Intermediate competitions across the country and is hoping to step into the Advanced division by the end of the year.
Korinthian (Kori) Gaines
Instructor
Kori Gaines is an Intermediate West Coast Swing instructor and a skilled leader with years of dance and teaching experience. He’s especially known for making new dancers feel welcome, bringing humor and wit into every class, and keeping the energy high both on and off the dance floor.
Kori has earned multiple placements in the Intermediate division and is recognized for his unique musicality. As the life of the party, he makes a point to dance with everyone and keep the room connected, fun, and moving. He also enjoys DJing events, adding his own creative flair and fresh musical taste to the community.
Amber Ballard
Amber Ballard is Swing N’ Cincy’s Front Desk Coordinator and the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through the door. With years of dance experience across multiple styles, Amber brings warmth, energy, and a welcoming presence that helps every dancer feel at ease.
She is also the creative force behind our special event décor, bringing artistic flair through balloons, face paint, and other circus-style performance skills that help transform each themed night into something memorable. Amber has recently begun competing in West Coast Swing as both a leader and a follower and now competes at the Novice level in both roles, bringing a blend of creativity, class, and professionalism to everything she does.

Zoraya Favela
Zoraya brings years of experience, a degree in marketing, and an incredible eye for capturing the magic of dance both on and off the floor. Zoraya has a unique talent for documenting authentic moments, telling stories through visuals, and elevating our brand through thoughtful, high-quality content.
Beyond her technical skill, Zoraya brings a lightness and joy to every event. She has an exceptional ability to make dancers feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera, allowing genuine energy and connection to shine through. She is meticulous, professional, and deeply intentional in her work, consistently delivering content that reflects the heart of our community.
We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team—and we remain optimistic that one day we’ll convince her to start dancing, too
